Ana Hicks is the managing partner and founder of AMH Law. Her practice focuses on wills and estates, estate administration, as well as estate litigation in Ontario. She has appeared before the Superior Court of Ontario. Ana is also a Notary Public in Ontario and provides services in notarization, authentication, and legalization of documents for her clients in the Greater Toronto Area.
Prior to founding AHM Law, Ana worked as an Associate with a Thomas, Efraim LLP, a well-regarded firm in the Greater Toronto Area, where she acquired extensive experience representing clients in estate matters and wills. Most recently, Ana was an Associate at Inclusive Advisory Law in Toronto, where she oversaw wills and estate planning, litigation, and administration. Ana also has experience in IP matters as she assisted creators and inventors in patent applications before the Canadian Intellectual Property Office (CIPO.)
Ana holds a JD in Civil Law from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (UCAB), and an LLM in Common Law from Osgoode Hall Law School.
Ana is a devoted mother of four, avid reader, enthusiastic painter, entrepreneur, and traveller. She advocates for the empowerment and leadership of women. Away from the office, Ana can be found with her children or organizing charity events.
She is fluent in English, Spanish, and French.

Marietta Márquez
​
Marietta is AMH Law's Business Manager and the Legal Hispanic Department Manager. She coordinates the Hispanic department at AMH since its foundation and plays a vital role in AMH Law, overseeing business operations, implementing marketing strategies, and making a positive difference in the community. Marietta graduated with honours from both the Business Administration program and the Graphic Design program at AOLCC in Toronto, Ontario. These are just two of the multiple careers she has successfully completed over the years.
​She is an entrepreneur and has years of experience in customer service. She is fluent in Spanish and English.
Viridiana Carrion

Viridiana is a Mexican Lawyer with a specialization in civil law conferred by the University of Guadalajara. With a robust laboral experience spanning five years in Mexican civil, commercial, and corporate law.
Currently residing in Toronto and collaborating with AMH LAW, she is dedicated to honing their skills and expanding her Canadian legal knowledge base.
David Márquez P. - Mexico City
David is an attorney and the Head of Energy & Infrastructure in CAYPE Abogados, S.C., in Mexico City. His practice focuses on transactional commercial operations mainly related to public and private infrastructure, energy, renewable energy, power, and hydrocarbons. He represents Mexican and international clients in public and private projects (hydraulic infrastructure, hospital facilities, road constructions, energy projects, in Mexico and has extensive experience in several Latin American countries. He has been part of advisory teams in international arbitrations in disputes before ICSID, ICC and AAA in matters related to energy and infrastructure contracts. He is a member of the ICC Energy and Environment Commission (México) and the Energy Committee of the American Chamber (México). He assists AMH Law in all matters related to international transactional issues with Canadian clients in Mexico, as well as advises on corporate structures and general legal issues for Mexican clients investing and residing in Canada.
He is fluent in Spanish and English.

Randall Gutierrez - Costa Rica
Randall holds a JD in Civil Law from the University of Costa Rica (UCR), an LLM in Common Law from Osgoode Hall Law School, Canada, and an MSW (Masters in Social Work) from California State University (Cal State), USA.
Before joining AHM Law, Randall was a Public Defender for Public Defense Department- Criminal Law matters in Costa Rica. He also worked as a social worker and counselor in California, USA, and Ontario, Canada advocating for vulnerable clients such as refugees, immigrants, women, racial minorities, seniors, and the LGBTQ2S+ community. Also, as a student-at-law for AMH Law, Randall worked in wills and trusts, estate administration, and state litigation cases.
Randall loves nature, animals, music, and the arts. In addition, he is an enthusiastic traveler, passionate about social justice, and an avid learner of languages and healing modalities such as psychotherapy and bodywork.
He is fluent in both English and Spanish.
